We are always willing and able to work with highly
motivated individuals that are interested in 'learning the
ropes' of the real estate game, to help us locate 'win-win'
wholesale real estate deals (deals where we buy properties
for cents on the dollar, and reselling them to other
investors). By working with us, on an independent
contractor basis, you will be able to accelerate your
learning by leveraging our experience and knowledge of the
industry. It is not unreasonable to expect to earn $1,000
to $10,000 within your first 120 days of working with
us.
As a property locator, you will be responsible for
identifying, analyzing, and helping us create winning
wholesale deals. We will provide you training and
assistance along every step in this process, as well as
assistance in finding buyers by presenting your deals to
our network of over 5,000 investors and realtors that we
have access to.
Your training in real estate investing will encompass the
following:
Setting Goals
Searching for Properties
Indentifying Properties
Analyzing Potential Deals
Formulating Offers
Estimating Value
Estimating Repairs
Price Negotiations
Contracting
Rehab Inspections
Indentifying potential buyers
Prequalifying
buyers

Unless you have considerable experience as a property
locator, you would join our organization as an intern.
During this phase of your wholesaling career, you are
provided with hands on training. From pushing you to make
additional calls to teaching you how to evaluate
properties, we are involved in every aspect of your deal
for your first three transactions that close. The
compensation during this phase is 5% of the company's
profit spread on your deals, which can net you up to $2,000
(or more) per deal.
After you complete three transactions with

Investing Company you
will automatically advance to associate status and receive
10% of the company's profit spread for your deals. You will
also qualify for our bonus program where you'll earn a
$3,000 fee plus an additional 5% of profit sales bonus when
you assist us in matching qualified buyers to our deals.
