Executive summary for the project that clearly describes it and what the financial needs are (no min amount). What & where it is, how much is needed, when & how long it’s needed, plus terms desired.
* Brief bio on the principal parties, their roles and level of experience with similar projects.
* The financial condition of the project. Cash inflows and where they are coming from.
* The stage of development that the project is in, with expected completion date.
* Info on any upcoming events or deadlines that we would need to be aware of.
* The proposed exits. How the funds will be returned and by when.
Only after all of the required documents have been received and reviewed will a funding decision be made. Additional documentation and information may be required.
